The Deep End - Clearing Resentment, Repairing the Heart

Doors 6:30, Event 7:00

Resentment can feel like protection.

It keeps us on guard against being hurt again, keeps us scanning for anything that resembles the old wound. But while it stands guard, it also hides parts of us in the shadows — pieces of ourselves we’ve forgotten, denied, or thought we had lost.

In this session of The Deep End, we’ll face resentment directly, trace what’s underneath it, and uncover what it’s been keeping in the dark. The past cannot be erased, and we cannot be rushed to let go before we are ready. But we can seek the whole truth beneath the resentment. We can bring what’s hidden into the light, where repair becomes possible. And we can begin recovering, reimagining, and reconnecting with the pieces of ourselves that have been guarded too long.
