IT's such an honor to have these three acts together under our roof. This is a wonderful place to hear them as well, every note and nuance. This will be a song swap style show and that's a great way to showcase all these artists. There will be a bar for your enjoyment - come and be part of this great night!
Sarah Golden
2026 Kerrville New Folk winner, Sarah Golden, is an independent contemporary folk singer-songwriter from Houston, TX is a 2026 Kerrville New Folk Winner, has been a top 30 finalist on Season 2 of NBC's The Voice, Team CeeLo Green (2012), a top 100 finalist on Season 4 of America's Got Talent (2009), and garnered numerous accolades, including winning Best of North America - Folk in the 2025 InterContinental Music Awards for her co-write with Nathan K., Who is Gonna Rebuild LA.
Known for her rich vocals and meaningful lyrics, Sarah Golden has shared the stage with such acclaimed artists as Amy Ray, Shawn Colvin, Mary Gauthier, Ruthie Foster, Susan Gibson, Shake Russell, Michael Hearne, and Melissa Ferrick. Her Sessions EP showcases her signature sound and builds anticipation for her forthcoming album, Live Wire, which highlights her sociopolitical activism and human rights advocacy, scheduled for release on November 13, 2026.
The first single from the Live Wire album, A House Divided, will be available on all streaming platforms on July 24, 2026.
Hudson Mueller
Hudson Mueller has always been something of an outlaw philosopher. Like his spirit guide Willie Nelson, he follows his musical instincts wherever they lead – even when those paths aren't particularly convenient or commercially strategic. On his stunning debut solo album Welcome to Earth, Mueller delivers a collection of songs that showcase his gifts as a storyteller while expanding the sonic possibilities of the Americana genre.
The Austin-born, Houston-based songwriter first cut his teeth with folk favorites The Hudsons (AMA Best Folk Band 2007, 2009) before relocating to New York City in 2009 and forming The Gold Magnolias, quickly becoming one of the city's most exciting southern soul bands. But Welcome to Earth represents a return to Mueller's storytelling roots, albeit with a sonic palette expanded by his years in the city's diverse music scene.
As Mueller prepares to release Welcome to Earth, he remains focused on the magic that drew him to music in the first place. "This album is my little book of spells," he says. "It's the moments and memories that are important to me. It's a collection of feelings that I've crystallized and cared for."

Tipps & Obermiller
Tipps and Obermiller are a dynamic musical duo that has captivated audiences across the country. Their tight vocal and guitar harmonies, folksy wisdom and unabashed emotional vocabulary combine with craft and charisma to create this unexpectedly magnetic experience. The connection to their audience is undeniable as they share their stories and songs like only a bonded couple can.
Hilary (Tipps) and Steve (Obermiller)’s artistic journey has been deeply intertwined with their personal lives; the couple met and married in 2012, navigating the challenges of caring for sick parents, raising teenagers, and pursuing graduate studies and career changes over the next several years. In 2022, they made the decision to fully commit to songwriting and performing.
Their latest album, “Little-Kid Heart” (2026), explores love, loss, resilience, and the courage to keep your heart open. It is a record about what we all carry—old wounds, quiet hopes, and the parts of ourselves that never quite grow up, no matter how much life asks us to.
