SPH Presents: An Evening with Jerry Clark and Westside Souls in the Ballroom!
Doors 6pm, Show 7pm
So, Christmas Day is over, and you’ll be looking for something fun to do that doesn’t involve food! I suggest you and the family come and spend the evening with us. Warm hall, hot music and great company. Sounds like a recipe for a good time to me! Take advantage of the presale price - tickets will be $20 at the door day of show.
Jerry Clark has been playing the guitar and singing the blues professionally for over 50 years in Fort Worth, Texas and beyond. Some of his bands were JJ and the Detonators, Count Blue, S.M.A.C.K. and The Loveshack Band . He has shared the stage with some great musicians such as Earl King, Anson Funderburgh, Jim Suhler, Zac Harmon, Buddy Whittington, Tab Benoit, Mike Zito, Kim Wilson, Mike Morgan, Little Charlie Baty, Buddy Miles and many more. Jerry has recently moved to Missouri to explore new musical ventures there, and we are happy to have him back in the area for this event.
Westside Souls are a group based out of Fort Worth with some veteran familiar faces. Everyone in the blues world knows us individually so we put together this supergroup collectively known as Westside Souls. We have a combined over 125 years of professional music experience, and have recently released our debut album that is distributed to 23 streaming platforms.
Westside Souls are: Doug Swancy - drums, Danny Fowler - bass and vocals and Buck Galbraith - guitar and vocals.
